Basement Freaks & Quasamodo – Move Sucker (All Good Funk Alliance Knee Deep Remix)

Basement Freaks project started in 2005 by George Fotiadis a self-taught multi-instrumentalist from Thessaloniki/Greece. Debut cd album “Urban Jungle”released by Music Kitchen records a label based in Thessaloniki/Greece.7/06 The album got positive feedback from some great producersin the scene such as:Stereo Mcs & Kraak n Smaak.
Remixing various artists like Chris Joss/Rephrase/Ed Royalnowed, the Basement Freaks sound gets in the map of the global underground Funky Breakbeat scene. Feedback comes warmer this time from producers like : A.Skillz, Flow Dynamics, A.G.F.A, Smoove, Q Dup Foundation, Fort Knox Five,Valique who support the Basement Freaks tunes! The 1st E.P vinyl released by “South City Recordings” a label from Atlanda/U.S.A in Oct07.
Late 2007 Basement Freaks meets Quasamodo to collaborate on the track Move Sucka released in Feb 08 and very fast become one of the bestseller Breakbeat vinyls at Juno & FatCity online record shops. Goodgroove reaches out to the Greek funksters Basement Freaks and Quasamodo who bring an explosive driving breaks track ‘Move Sucker’. The track then goes stateside for a re-rub from the ‘All Good Funk Alliance’ who create a classic dark edge dancefloor monster.
