Dazkarieh – Vitorina
DAZKARIEH began their musical journey in 1999 going through various musical phases along their path and today, after many changes in their formation, they are usually classified as being in the “world music” category. And yes, they are indeed world music, in the sense of the musical fusion brought to life by the experiments made by the musicians that extend from traditional to rock music, from erudite to experimental, using, for such experiments, traditional instruments from diverse cultures, like Swedish, Irish or Arab, but having given,a special emphasis to Portuguese traditional music in the last couple of years.
